With Ice-Watch® guarantee all Ice-Watch® subject to repair any defects in manufacture free of charge. The guarantee certificate has been fully filled in, stamped and signed by the authorised Ice-Watch® dealer.
The following are not covered by Ice-Watch® guarantee :
- all damages resulting from improper insufficient care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
- watch dial, strap, battery, watch chain and all other accessories on the watch or in the package
- all and any claim arising out of direct or indirect damage or injury caused by wearing an Ice-Watch® watch.
- under the exhausted battery condition, the watch fails to perform it function properly.
- loss of water-resistant function cause contact with water over 3 ATM OR use/pull out any button and chronograph pushers contact/under the water OR use Alcohol/ cleanser clearning OR a significant damage/erosion can be found on the watch.
Customers require additional service or cannot present a valid warranty certificate, Ice-Watch® will charge the service fee.

All of the products we stock come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and are guaranteed against any manufacturing faults or defects. If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty, please email us the receipt number together with the product style number and description of the problem within 7 days. We will then arrange for the item to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment – the final decision lies with the manufacturer. Please note that the nature of jewellery is to 'wear and tear' which is not covered by any manufacturer warranty. Any items returned that are not covered by warranty may be subject to repair and / or shipping charges. We will inform you of these charges before going ahead with any repairs.

Each of the brands we stock have their own guarantees  -


Thomas Sabo.

All Thomas Sabo products come with a 12 month guarantee against defects in manufacture or materials.

Charms and jewellery will not be replaced for general wear and tear or improper handling such as:

- Damage to the surface of the metal including but not limited to scratching, rub marks, tarnishing or pitting.
- Damage or wear to set or strung stones including scuffing, cracks and abrasion.
- Loss of charms.
- Damage to the enamel surface which causes discoloration or ‘lifting’ of the enamel.
- Broken or snapped cords or chain links.
- Loosened knots from elasticised bracelets and necklaces.
- Hand-strung necklaces will require occasional re-stringing over time. This remains the responsibility of the consumer.
- Improper cleaning of products eg; factory oxidized items incorrectly ‘dipped’ or ‘cleaned’.


Georgini.

Georgini guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for products purchased from authorised Georgini retailers. The warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value. This warranty service is free of charge. The warranty is valid for a period of one year, from the date of purchase.


Najo.

Najo offers a 12 month warranty against defects for consumers from the date of purchase with receipt showing the date of original purchase.
The 12 month warranty does not cover:

  • minor variations in the piece which are not considered defects
  • damage to Products caused by accident, misuse and failure to care and store the Products in accordance with our Care Instructions as listed on our Website and damage caused by abrasion, scratching or caused by coming into contact with other objects and materials
  • fair wear and tear
  • unauthorised repair or alteration to the Product
  • damage in transit

 

Piccolo.

Piccolo jewellery items are guaranteed for a period of 6 months, from date of purchase, against faults in manufacturing.

 

Tuskc.

One Year Replacement Warranty

What is Covered:
Tuskc Jewellery is covered by a replacement warranty for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase for defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship.

What is not Covered:
This warranty is void if damage is caused by excessive wear and tear, (this includes showering, sleeping, playing sport or swimming). The warranty does not cover negligence (including accidental misuse),loss, theft or other factors not due to defects in the material, manufacturing or workmanship.

Tuskc jewellery should not be exposed to hot, salt or chlorinated water, steam, make up, perfumes, detergents, cleaning agents, or other chemicals.
Repairs performed by someone other than Tuskc will also void this warranty.
Warranty will also be void for any Tuskc jewellery that has not been purchased through an authorised Tuskc stockist or agent.

 

Ice-Watch.

Skagen.

International limited lifetime warranty.

The warranty covers defects due to faulty material or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. The Warranty comes into force only if the International Warranty Card is fully and correctly completed by an authorised Skagen Denmark dealer anywhere in the world.
 
The International Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
-  Battery, glass, bands, straps, bracelets, exposed crystals and other embellishments
-  Damage (including water damage) as a result of poor care, accidents and normal wear and tear
 
In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Skagen Denmark watch will, at the sole option of Skagen Designs, be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorised by Skagen Designs or its representatives, except for mesh or link band adjustment.

 

Second hand and antique items.

They were loved once, now they will be loved again.

We guarantee the authenticity of all our second hand items. Due to the nature of these products, we have no control over the manufacturing methods - many of which are over 100 years old. Whilst all care has been taken in assuring that these items are in a satisfactory condition, they have been used and enjoyed by others and we cannot be responsible for any loss of stones, flaws in metal or damaged settings. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of a purchased item, you may return it to us for a full refund within 10 days of receiving it, assuming it has not been worn or altered in any way.
