How long will my order take to be delivered?

Most items are delivered to any Australian address within 2-6 working days through the Australia Post Postal Network.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you (usually within 24 hours) and give you the option of choosing something else, or receiving a full refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to any Australian address is FREE for all purchases over $100.00
For purchases under $100 there is a flat rate shipping charge of $6.50
Express post is available for some items, so please <a href="mailto:admin@miadorn.com.au"> email us</a> to find out more.

How can I track my parcel?

Tracking is available for all parcels over $60
Visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ and use the tracking number emailed to you once shipped.

How do I know my ring size?

Figuring out your ring size can be tricky, download our ring sizer tool for instructions.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Simply email us on admin@miadorn.com.au to arrange an exchange for the correct size.
Unfortunately not all sizes are available from all manufacturers. If your required size is not available from a manufacturer, we may be able to resize the ring for you (additional charges apply).
We will contact you to let you know if this option is available.
Please note we can only do one exchange on an incorrect purchase.

Oops, I bought the wrong item/changed my mind. What can I do about it?

We understand that sometimes people make mistakes. Please email your receipt number and product style number to admin@miadorn.com.au to arrange for the item to be returned.
The item must be returned to us within 10 days of you receiving it, along with ALL original packaging. It will be your responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to us (we recommend using registered post).
You may exchange the item for something else (only once), or be refunded your purchase price.

How do I sign up/unsubscribe to your newsletter?

To sign up for our newsletter simply visit our home page and enter your email address in the "Subscribe" box.
