- FREE shipping to any Australian address when the total order is over $100. For orders below $100, the standard shipping cost is $6.50 per order.
- We’ll aim to deliver your item(s) within 2-6 working days. However, there might be times when items or sizes need to be ordered from a supplier. If an item is out of stock we will be in touch as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours of you placing your order), and will let you know when you can expect to receive your item(s). If you’re after something for a certain date or special occasion, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we have it in stock for you. Otherwise we promise to do our best to get it to you on time! We will email you a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped (orders over $60).

- We absolutely respect your privacy. When you buy something from us we’ll need to collect some personal information so that we can process your order. But rest assured this information will always be kept 100% safe, and will never be shared with any third parties. We never store any of your payment details. Our systems encrypt this information using advanced 256 bit SSL (that’s techno-speak for the most secure payment protection available). If you’ve signed up for our newsletter, we’ll use the email address you give us to stay in touch.
- Returns & Replacements.
- Returns: If you change your mind about an item that has already been shipped to you, or if you've ordered the wrong size, please ensure that you return the item to us safely (we recommend using registered post) within 10 days of receiving it. By the way, shipping will be free (once only) when we send you your replacement product.
- Replacements: All of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Guarantees differ by manufacturer.
Please visit 'Our Guarantee' page to view this information. Should something you buy from us arrive faulty, firstly, please know we're sorry! Email us straight away on email@example.com with a brief description of the problem, together with your receipt number and product style number, and we'll take it up immediately with the manufacturer for you (although we're on your side, the final decision does lie with them). If the item is repaired or replaced under guarantee, we'll re-imburse your shipping costs.
- Once your order has been placed, we'll start working on it straight away to get it to you as soon as possible.

- Payment & Pricing.
- All items are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.
Orders will not be fulfilled until items are paid for in full. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Direct Deposit & Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express & JCB). We do not charge a surcharge for credit card payments.
- Viewing Orders.
- You can view all your current and previous orders in the 'My Orders' section of 'My Account'.
- Updating Account Information.
- You can view and update all your account information in the 'My Account' section.
